Samares

Our gorilla is inspired by Antoni Gaudi's Trecadis style using colour and pattern.

Last term year 3 studied the work of Antoni Gaudi, both as an architect and as an artist. We really loved how he decorated many parts of his buildings and sculptures using the 'Trencadis technique'. We cut up the gorilla templates into irregular pieces and everyone in our class decorated one. (We then put them back together again!)
